RESPONSE TO JOINT INTERVENORS' DOCUMENT REQUEST Un August 14, 1981 the Joint Intervenors filed a document request with the NRC Staff. The Staff by this response and the enclosed documents is providing the requested documents. The Staff notes that the Joint Inter-venors received most of the requeJted documents with the Staff's response to Governor Brown's first document request.
In addition to the enclosed documents, NUREG-0696 entitled " Functional Criteria for Emergency Response Facilities," NUREG-0396 entitled " Planning Basis for the Development of State and Local Government Radiological Emergency Response Plans in Support of Light Water Nuclear Power Plants," NUREG-0728 entitled "The NRC Incident Response Plan," and the June,1980 EPA Protective Action Guide Manual are documents responsive to the document request. These documents are available for inspection and copying at the Public Document Room,1717 H Street, fi.W.,
Washington, D.C.
With the exception of these documents, the Staff is enclosing all other documents which have been located that are responsive to the Joint Intervenors' request which have not previously been made available to the Joint Intervena's.
