,e This refers to your letter dated August 30, 1979, for app o bN of the primary route specified in your letters dated July 13 and July 30,1979. for the shipment of spent fuel from the Oconee Nuclear Station to the McGuire fluclear Station.
(On August 3, 1979, the Commission approved the alternate routes and disap-proved the primary route).
On September 7,1979, the primary route was denied for that portion of the route passing through Charlotte, llorth Carolina.
Your letters of April 17 and 28 and July 2,1980, requested approval of the Duke Power Company Spent Fuel Transportation Plan, which was submitted in accor-dance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.37.
The plan was approved on July 11, '980, and incorporated the primary route.
In accordance with fee category 13 and Footnote 8 of Section i
170.31 of the enclosed Part 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for review of the subject requests, and the actual cost of the review is $2,356 (52 man-hours 0 $38/m-hr).
He heve, therefore, notified the NRC Office of the Controller to issue your Company an invoice for the fee.
