Specifications to allow deletion of the reactor trip on turbine trip below 50-percent power level.
The application for the anendrent complies with the standards and require-f rents of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comis-sf on's regulations. The Comission has made appropriate findings as required i

by the Act and the Comission's regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license arendrent.
Prior public notice of this amendrent was not required since the amend:aent does not involve a significant hazards consider-ation.
The Comission has detemined that the issuance of this arTndrent will not result in any significant environmental inpact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 551.5 (d)(4) an environrental impact statement, or negative declaration and environ-rental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this amendment.
