Dear Administrative Judges:
1 It came to my attention that the stipulated schedule for filing proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law by the parties includes an unanticipated complication.
The licensee's ueadil.ne for filing proposed findings is July 3.
Following that, the intervenors file on July 17, the Staff on July 24, and the licensee replies on July 31.
July 3rd is a federal holiday, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's facilities will not be open to accept the filing.
I have contacted Mr. Cady for the inter-venors and Mr. Bachmann for the NRC Staff.
Neither objects to extending the licensee's filing date to Monday, July 6.
In addi-tion, the parties have agreed that it would only be fair to extend the intervenors' filing date to July 20, the Staff's to July 27, and the licensee's reply to August 3.
This is to confirm the agreement of the parties to the modification of the schedule.
