This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Itz W. P. Reichhold of this office on June 5, 1981 of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 24-18689-01 and to the discussion of our findings with you and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an exanination of activitias conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to coupliance with the Conmission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspec-tion consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared to be in non-coupliance uith I.'RC requirements, as specified in enclosed Appendix A.
A written response, subnitted under oath or affirmation, is required.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
