SOUTH CAROLINA ELECTRIC AND GAS COMPANY, T ~-
Re:
(Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station, Unit I Docket No. 50-395 OL Gentlemen:
I am writing to request that you instruct South Carolina Electric
& Gas Company to restore Fairfield United Action to the service list in the above-captioned proceeding pending final review of the Appeal Board decision, ALAB-642, 13 NRC (June 1, 1981), reversing in part your earlier Order admitting FUA as Intervenors in this pro-ceeding, LBP-81-11, 13 NRC (April 30,1981). We would further request that you instruct the Applicants to provide us with copies of all materials sent to the other parties since June 5,1981, when they removed us from the service list.
FUA remains on the service list of the Comission and the NRC Staff.
We make this request in order that we can keep up to date on de-velopments in the case and be ready to go forward with the least pos-sible delay shouM we prevail on the merits on review and be reinstated as Intervei.'rs.
Thank you for your as.6 stance.
Sincerely yours, h./
