This refers to your letter dated April 20, 1981, in response to our letter

dated March 25, 1981, and your subsequent letter dated May 29, 1981.

Thank you for informing us of the corrective action documented in your April

7.0 letter that was associated with the specific examples of items of noncompliance.

These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed

program.

'Vith respect to the suppiemental response that is to address an implementation

schedule for corrective measures to prevent recurrence of like items, we find

the revised supplemental response date proposed in your May 29 letter to be

acceptable.
