RE: SEP TOPIC VUT-4, ELECTRICAL PENETRATIONS A letter from D. L. Ziemann (NRC) to you dated December 8,1978 requested information on this topic. Your response to Mr. Ziemann was dated March 23, 1979. Since that time, you have replaced all of the Haddam Neck electrical penetrations and have submitted qualification data for our review. In order for us to complete our review of Tooic VIII-4, however, we require that you pmvide a revised response to Question 1 that identifies the type of Conax penetration used and that you revise the other responses, as necessary, to reflect the new penetrations in use.
