NRC Inspectfon This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. P. R. Zurakowski of this office on May 27, 1980 of activities authorized by NRC License No. 04-01429-03, and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Zurakowski with E-7 Dan Abbott and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Comission';
rules and regulations and the conditioni, of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
During this inspection, it was found that one of your activities appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements. The item anc reference to the pertinent requirement are listed in Appendix A.
This item has been categorized into a severity level as described in the Federal Register Notice (45 FR 66754) dated October 7,1980.
Your response to this notice is to be submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201 as stated in Appendix A, Notice of Violation.
