4 Topic XV-1k: Inadvertent Operation of ECCS and Chemical and Volume Control System Malfunction that Increases Reactor Coolant Inventory Evaluation:

For boiling water reactors, Standard Review Plan section 15.5.1/2 defines the following specific initiating events for consideration under this topic:

1.

Inadvertent operation of high pressure core spray system 2.

Inadvertent operation of high pressure coolant injection system 3.

Inadvertent operation of reactor core isolation system Big Rock Point has none of the systems listed above. Therefore, this topic is not applicable.
