i June 11, 1981 plants.- Accordingly, Westinghouse yesterday submitted a letter to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Com-mission requesting withdrawal of its application for the special nuclear material license relating to the proposed facility.
It is our understanding that pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.107, Commission approval of the withdrawal will be forthcoming from the Regulatory Staff, since no no-tice of hearing was published in this case.
In light of this withdrawal, we do not believe-any further pro-cedures are required before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board i. connection with the application.
