On April 28, 1981 the Supply System notified the NRC of a potential ICCFR50.55(e) via reference 1 due to questionable indications on radio-graphic film of welds in the safety injection tanks and reactor pump supports furnished by Combustion Engineering.
The evaluation of the questionable radiographs by Ebasco and Combustion
! Er.gineering is in progress but not completed. Therefore, we cannot pro-vide a final report by May 28, 1981. We will provide an interim or final report on this subject by July 1,1981.
