On April 28, 1981 the Supply System notified the NRC of a potential ICCFR50.55(e) via reference 1 due to questionable indications on radio-graphic film of welds in the safety injection tanks and reactor pump supports furnished by Combustion Engineering.
The evaluation of the questionable radiographs by Ebasco and Combustion Er.gineering is in progress but not completed. Therefore, we cannot pro-vide a final report by May 28, 1981. We will provide an interim or final report on this subject by July 1,1981.
