As required by NUREG-0737 Item III.A.l.2 (transmitted by NRC Generic Letter 81-10), The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company on behalf of itself and as agent for Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company and The Dayton Power and Light Company hereby submits the ZPS-1 Emergency Response Facility Conceptual Design.
Ten (10) copies of this report are enclosed.
A pre-implementation review of the conceptual design submittals has been indicated by NRC.
Be advised that implementation of the emergency response facilities described in this submittal is proceeding.
