This refers to the special safety inspection conducted by Mr. S. R. Lasuk of this office on May 6, 7, and 26,1981, of activities authorized by your general license and to the discussion of our findings with you and Mr. Bill Davis at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations. The inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, obser-vations, independent seasurements, and interviews with personnel.
During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared to be in non-compliance with NRC requirements, as specified in enclosed Appendix A.
You will note that no reply to the item of noncompliance is required.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
