Repcrt on results of inspections conducted in respcnse to II Bulletin 31-01 In accordance with References (b) and (c), Yankee Rowe nas performed a visual examination for ca: age ana enecxed for freedom of movecent by performing a manual test of all eignt (d) =ecnanical snuboers on ne pressurizer ;.iping.
II.e snuccers, bolting, ancnces and orientation were visually inspected to verify integrity and checx for any a' normal conci, ions or missing parts.

snucbers were in satisfactory condition.
Cne end of each snubber was disecnnected, tne snubcer closed to "0",
then extended to "5"
- 4 check freedcm of movement.
All eignt (3) snubbers performed satisfactorily.
The snuboers installed on the pressurizer are manufacturec by Pacific Scientific Ccmpany, size PSA 3 There were no failures.
In accordance with References (c) and (d) Yanxee Rowe nas performed a visual examination of all eigat rechanical snubbers installed on the steam generaters and determined operability by comparing the " hot" and " cold" settings.

United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission June 1. 1981 Page 2 As with the pressuriser snuboers, the steam generator snubbers bolting, anchors and orientation were visually inspected to verify integrity and check for abnormal conditions or missing parts. The snuboers were measured while the system was hot and again after tne system had cooled. The readings were compared and evaluated to cetermine that the snuboers had freedom of movement. The visual inspection indicated that all snubbers were in satisfactory condition.
The snuobers installed on the steam generators are manufactured oy Pacific Scientific Company, size PSA 100.
There were no failures.
