Dear Mrs. Vacca,
-I am in receipt of your letter dated April 29, 1981. This is in reference to Copley's request for renewal of it's license to use nuclear pacemakers. We wish the following authorization for the following manufacturers for the next two years' Cordis Nuclear Ot:ni Stanicolor Model # 184A 10 Coromatic Model @-101 10 Medtronic Model 9000 Istopic Pulse Generator 4 These of course would comply with requirements as specified in condition 11, which refers to units either implanted, in storage, or otherwise in use.
