Finfrock to NRC dated September 6, 1979 identified ASME B&PV Code 1974 Edition, thru Summer 1975 Addenda as the applicable Section XI publication for that site. Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55.a(g) we are advising you of our intent to use portions or Articles of later Code publications as shown on the attached listing. This action is intended to apply Code Articles that either did not exist or were improved over those included or referenced in the 1974 Edition thru 1975 Summer Addenda of Section XI.
This action is effective by transmittal of this letter.
