- c NORTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH ~AND TRAINING REACTOR, DOCKET NO. 50-111 The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Commission) has cqnsidered the order authorizing dismantling of Scility and disposition of co,mponent parts for the North Carolina State University (the licensee) Research and Training Reactor operated under Facility License No. R-63.
The order authorizes the. licensee to disassembi'e the reactor which operated at power levels up [to 10 Kw (_thennal)., and to dispose of the component parts.
.e The V, S. Nuclear Regulatorg Comission, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regu-

lation, has prepared an enyironmental impact appraisal for this research reactor. On the basis of this appraisal, the Comission has concluded that an environmental impact statement for this particular action is not warranted because there will be no significant environmental impRt attributable to the proposed action. The environmental impact appraisal is available for public inspection at the Commission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N. W.,
Washington, D. C.
