O Deebtel Power Corporation Ann Arbor Pcwer Division Docket No. 99900501/81-01 NOTICE OF NONCONFCRM-NuE 3ased cr. the results of an NRC ins;ecticn conducted on March 31 - Acril 3,1981, it accears that certain of your activities were not conducted in accorcance with NRC requirements.
Criterien V of Appendix 3 to 10 CFR Part 50 states:
" Activities affecting quality shall be crescribed by documented instructions, procedures, or drawings, of a type accrocriate to the circumstances and shall be acccmolished in accorcance with these instructions, crecedures, and drawings.
Instructions, cro-cedures, or drawings shall incluce aporopriate cuantitative or qualitative acceptance criteria for determining that imcortant activities have been satisfactorily acccmolished."
Identified nonconformances are:
Sechtel Engineering Decartment ?rececure EDP 5.13 entitled, " Control Logs,
lists in Exhibit A that Logs such as drawings, CCN's, and Scecifications, sill be uodated and issuec cn a monthly basis by Project Administration on the Midland Project.
Centrary to the acove, the Crawing Centrol L0g and Materials Recuisition/Scec.
Leg (CEEUS) have not been ucdated and issued en a mcnthly basis.
