Dear Mr. Eisenhut:

In regard to the NRC requirements delineated in Generic Letter 81-04 (Reference 1), Texas Utilities Generating Company will review the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station plant emergency procedures and training programs. This assessment will not be completed until the emergency operating guidelines, which will ' address the issues concerning emergency procedures and training for station blackout events, have been developed and submitted to the NRC by the Westinghouse Owners Group.

The Westinghouse Owners Group is scheduled to submit the Loss of All AC Power and the Loss of Emergency Coolant Recirculation guidelines on September 1,1981 and January 15, 1982, respectively.
