Gentlemen:
This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review of Revisions 15 and 16 to Topical Report No. CE-1-A "Comonwealth Edison Company Quality Assurance Program for Nuclear Generating Stations", which were submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review on January 2 and March 16,1981, respectively. We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of these Revisions on February 2 and April 3, 1981, respectively.
Fees for these reviews are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $351 based on review time involving 9 professional man-hours at $39 per man-hour (8 hours9.259259e-5 days <br />0.00222 hours <br />1.322751e-5 weeks <br />3.044e-6 months <br /> for Revision 15 and I hour for Revision 16). The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller. When making payment, please make ref'erence to the Controller's invoice number.
