Dear Mr. Trimble:

This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of April 27, 1981, which transmitted changes to the " Arkansas Nuclear One Industrial Security Plan" and the " Security Force Training and Qualification Plan".

We have reviewed the changes to the " Arkansas Nuclear One Industrial Security Plan", identified in your letter, and agree that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

The submitted changes involving the " Security Force Training and Qualification Plan" are not part of this approval, but will be included in the final acceptance and approval of the' training and qualification plan.

Since the enclosures to your letter of April 27, 1981 contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d), they are being withheld from public disclosure.
