D-APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Tennessee Valley Authority, Docket No. 50-327 Sequoyah 1 License No. DPR-77 As a result of the inspection conducted on March 24-27, 198'., certain of your activities appear to' deviate from your commitments to the Commission as indicated below:
Table 1.1 in TVA's Respense to NRC's Question 1 ar.d TVA's Response to NRC's Question 14.B on TVA's Fire Protection Program Reevaluation for Sequoyah state that rate compensated thermal fire detectors with heat collectors will be provided above each ERCW pump in the ERCW pump house and the intake pumping station prior to fuel loading.
Contrary to the above, fire detectors have not been provided above each ERCW pump in the ERCW pump house and the intake pumping station.
