Dear Mr. Youngblood:

We have reviewed the Lraf t Environmental Statement related to the operation of Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, and feel that the statement adequately reflects the impacts the project will have on the soil, water and plant resources. The planned and applied erosion control measures should tend to keep soil erosion and sediment at a minimum.

We appreciate the opportunity of reviewing this statement.

Sincerely

/
