U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY CO%1%f tSSION EXPORT LICENSE XSM1018i36 Conditions License Number Condition 1 - Licensee sholi file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies,in addi-J tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Dectoration covering each export and mark one of such copies for transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following declaration should oc-

i Condition 2 - Exports authorized in any country or destination, except Country Groups Q, S, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehensive Export Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclear content of the materiot.
Condition 4 - The material to be exported under this license shall be shipped in accordance with the physical protection requirements for special nuclear material in 10 CFR 73.
l Condition 5 - Special nuclear material authorized for export under th;s hcense shall not be transported outside the United States in possenger carrying aircroft in sh.pments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20 curies, whichever is less, of plutonium or u anium 4
i 233, or (2) 350 grams of uronium 235.
Condition 6-This licen:e authorizes export only and does not sthorize the rece;pt, physical I
possession, or use of the nuclear material.

Condition 7 - The licensee shall complete and submit on NRC Form 741 for each shpment of source meterial exported under this license.

Condition 8 - The licensee shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designa-tion of the company who will package the nuclear material to be exported under this license, or any change in the location of the packaging operation, at least three weeks prior to the scheduled date of export.
Condition 9 - The material to be exported under this license shall be protected in transit while within U.S. jurisdiction in accordance with the

requirements of 10 CFR Part 73 and the licensee's approved security plan.
i Condition 10 -The licensee shall not deliver fomula quantities of the material under this license to any carrier for transport until the licensee and the l
carrier have (1) submitted to the NRC a physical security plan in response i
to the twquirements of 10 CFR Parts 73.20, 73.25 and 73.26, and (ii) i submitted, received approval from the NRC and implemented a safeguards contingency plan and a guard qualification and training plan in accordance with the requirements of 14 CFR 70.20a, 73.26 and 70.32.

The licensee shall insure that arrangements have been made for the i
consignee to pick up the shipments as soon as they reach port in the FRG.
Condition 12 -
Security arrangments for each shipment of formula quantities of SNM under this license shall be approved by the NRC prior to the time for the seven-day-notice, in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 73.26(b) and 73.72.
