Dear Mr. Denton:
References (a) and_(b) proposed changes to Zion's Technical Specifications which would better define the term "0PERABLE".
This
-letter contains revisions to the proposed changes which will.make the definition compatible with the most recent revision of the Standardized Technical Specifications.
Attachment I to this letter contains revised pages for the Zion Technical Specifications.
These revisions change the definition of " Operable" and make other miscellaneous changes that are necessary for compatibility with decay heat removal Technical Specification changes proposed previously.
These changes are self-explanatory but please contact me if there are any questions.
Three (3) signed originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of this letter are provided for your use.
