Approval of Safeguards Contingency Plan and Guard Training and Qualification - Virgil C. Sunner Nuclear Station The purpose of this letter is to notify you of our approval of the safeguards contingency plan and guard training and qualification plan for your facility.
Specifically, we approve the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Contingency Plan submitted by your letter dated January 26, 1981 as revised by your letter dated April 30, 1981. The plan shall be fully implemented upon receipt of the operating license for the facility. The enclosure to your letters er Min informationoof a type specified in 10 CFR 2.190 (d) and therefore is.ing withheld from public disclosure.
In addition, we approve the Virgil C. Sunner Nuclear Station Guard Training and Qualification Plan submitted by your letter of January 30, 1981 as revised by your letter dated April 30, 1981. Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 73.55 (b), the plan shall be followed 60 days after approval and all security personnel shall be qualified prior to the date that the operation license is received.
