We are in the process of reviewing your application for the storage of new fuel at Bellefonte Nuclear Plant Unit 2.
The information provided by the application of January 23, 1981, as supplemented May 5,1981, does not provide sufficient details of the spent fuel racks for us to make an independent calculation of the neutron multiplication factor.
Please provide us with a detailed drawing of the fuel racks showing the dimensions, materials of con-struction, and material thickness between assemblies.
Based on the 1:enversation -w.ith-Mr. Percy Hannons on May-14, 1981, we expect TVA to provide justification for proprietary withholding of the information sent with the May 6,1981, letter.
