This refers to your letter of March 9,1981, responding to the' Notice of Viola-
tion transmitted to you by our letter dated February 9,1981. We have examined
your corrective action regarding Violatf orr B during the fellowup inspection of
April 20-22, 1981.
Based on this inspection, we concluded that additional
information is necessary to clarify your corrective actions. This was discussed
in a telephone discussion held between Mr. Baker of your staff and Mr. Lenahan of
this office on April 29, 1981.
It is our understanding that you will provide a supplemental response to: thi s
office by May 22, 1981.
