The Comission today has issued the enclosed Confimatory Order for Ma Yankee Atomic Power Station. This Order confirms your comitment, as stated in your letter dated March 9,1981 to implement certain actions relative to ensuring and maintaining redundant barrier isolation of the high pressure primary coolar.t system from the low pressure safety injection system.
It is not the Comission's intent in issuing this Order to encourage delays in the completion of items consistent with the recomended schedule.
Therefore, you should proceed with implementation of these items in accor-dance with your proposed schedule.
A copy of this Order is being filed with the Office of the Federal Register fcr publication.
