COMMEflTS C'1 YAflKEE R0WE GUARD TRAIT!!flG PLAft GENERAL COMitENTS Our review of the plan indicates that minor revisons are required before the plan can be accepted.
The Implementation schedule for the plan as set forth in the Introduction should be revised to indicate that the plan will be followed 60 days af ter approval as required by 10 CFR 73.53(b)(4).
Add a section to the plan which commits to the equipment requirements cf Appendix R, V(A) 4 and 5.
SPECIFIC COMf1ENTS 1.1 Commit to the verification of no felony convictions involving the use of a weapon and no felony convictions that reflect on the individual's reliability.
1.3 Commit to medical examination conducted within a 30 day time period of the physical fitness program and to a determination and written certification by a licensed physician.
Commit that the Physical Fitness Program will be documented and attested by a licensee security supervisor.
1.4 Connit to maintenance of records for all contract guard force personnel to the same extent that records must be maintained for proprietary guard force.
1.6 Commit to having the results of the suitability and the physical and mental qualification procedures documented by the licensee or his agent and re-tained for at least a two year period.

Commit to use of B-27 Target as set forth in Appendix B, IV(C).

Commit that the shotgun used for training is a 12 gauge.
