Dear Mr. Denton:
This is to supplement our request of reference (a) for Zion Technical Specification changes regarding decay heat removal.
This revision to the proposed changes resulted from discussions with NRC Staff members and includes other minor editorial changes. to this letter indicates the pages which have been revised from the version submitted by reference (a) and explains those changes. contains a complete set of pages to be revised in the requested license amendment.
Please address questions regarding the proposed amendment to me.
Three (3) signed originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of this letter are provided for your use.

A new Section 3.3.1.A.4-1 resulted when Section 3.3.1.A.3 was split in two.
