Dear Mr. Koester:
%l-WOLF CREEK GENERATING STATION, UNIT NO. 1 It is our understanding that there may be additional ownership participants in the captioned nuclear unit.
Pursuant to 150.80 and/or 150.90 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations, as appropriate, any amendment of a license or construction permit or any transfer of a license must fully discuss the changes proposed and follow as far as applicable the form prescribed for original applications.
Included with the material that must be submitted to effectuate either an amendment or a transfer when new participants are being added to a license or construction permit is the information required in part 2.101 and 50.33a of the Rules and Regulations.
The Attorney General has a statutory requirement to furnish antitrust advice to the Commission on the new owners within six months after receipt of the antitrust information. Our review and notice requirements require approximately an additional two months to process the antitrust information and Attorney General's advice. We therefore urge you to supply the Appendix L infomation as soon as it is reasonably certain that addition-al owners will be participating in the plant.
Sincerely, 0-f-cf.4 Argil Toalston, Acting Chief Utility Finance Branch Division of Engineering Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation n l 0 5 060 ygQ b
