In accordance with the Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order of February 3, 1981, the NRC Staff is filing its prepared direct testimony in this proceed-ing.
The testimony is primarily set out in the Staff's Safety Evaluation Report (SER)
(composed of the Staff's September 27, 1979 document modified to delete its conciusions; the Staff's May 23, 1980 document; the Staff's j
October 27, 1980 document as modified by the Staff's January 15, 1981 docu-ment). The Staff proposes to introduce those portions of the SER into evidence as exhibits.
Copies cf the SER are enclosed for the Board members and the parties.
Brief supplemental testimony is provided to identify the portions of the SER to which the Staff witnesses contributed the extent of their contribution, and their conclusions.
