Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
With reference to your letter of March 13, 1981 concerning the "BWR Scram Discharge System - Long Term Modifications."
Each scram discharge instrument volume will be monitored by redundant and diverse instrumentation which initiates a reactor scram on one out of two twice logic.
Diverse level instrumentation will be provided in accordance with Safety Criteria 3 as stipulated in i
your letter of December 1, 1980.
