This letter refers to a special safeguards inspection of Exxon Nuclear Company's Horn Rapids Road Fuel Fabrication Facility by Mr. A. Wieder of this office on March 25 through April 1,1981.
Mr. Wieder's inspection was conducted in connection with an International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspection of a United States Nuclear Facility.
His inspection included examination of your program for material control and accounting of special nuclear material according to the requirements of Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 75, " Safeguards on Nuclear Material Implementation of US/IAEA Agreement", as well as Selective examinations of procedures and records, and interviews or discussions with facility personnel.
There were no items of noncompliance noted in this inspection.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your st feguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Nom.
