CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY Request for Additional Information 1.
The September 5,1980 Consumers Power Company (CPC) letter from Hoffman to Haass' announced forthcoming changes to the Nuclear Operations and Midland Project Manage-ment organizations. While organizational changes as identified in this letter appear to continue to satisfy our requirements, our review of Revision 10 to the CPC QA topical (CPC letter from Hoffman to Haass dated February 9,1981) indicates that the revised topical report does not reflect these changes in that it does not delete the position description or organizational reportlag relationships for the General Superintendent-Nuclear Operations and does not describe the newly created position of the Director-Nuclear Services. We also find Revision 10 has not been changed to reflect the current Nuclear Operations QA organization titles and posi-tion descriptions. Accordingly, please review and nake the necessary changes to reflect currera organizational reporting relationships and position descriptions.
2.
Pages iv-a, iv-b, and iv-c of the Volume I Manual Revisions to the CPC QA topical report have not been revised to reflect the current Revision 10 policy changes.
Please include the correct revisions in your next submittal.
