Gentlemen:
This refers to your letter of February 20, 1981, requesting that EPICOR liner Drawing No. 34007. Rev. O, be included as a secondary container in Certificate of Compliance No. 6722.
Please note that the certificate includes as an authorized r condary container, liners which are determined by the user to meet the require-ments of DOT Specification 7A. Based on the information submitted, we cannot determine the level of performance for the liner since (1) the drawing is not suitable for licensing purposes (does not show materials of construction, welds, closures, etc.), and (2) no analysis or test results have been presented. Your letter of February 20, 1981 is incomplete.
If you desire our review of this liner, we need an application (8 copies) which addresses the requirements of Part 71.
