This letter provides supplemental information to our previous letters dated December 4, 1980, and February 2, 1981 regarding the schedule for procedure review and modifications where required.

In our letter dated February 2, 1981, we committed that procedure reviews would be performed and completed by February 27, 1981, and that any modifications to existing procedures would be completed and approved by April 15,1981. The first review of The Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company and Henry J. Kaiser Company Quality Assurance Procedures has been completed; however, additional procedure reviews are now being performed in accordance with a letter from Mr. J. G. Keppler dated April 8,1981.

-Due to these new requirements, applicable procedure modifications cannot be completed by April 15, 1981.

It is now expected that such modifications will be completed and approved by May 15, 1981.
