This letter provides supplemental information to our previous letter of December 4,1980 and is in response to your letter dated January 7,1981 regarding the schedule for the review and modification of Quality Assurance procedures.
An outside consultant has been engaged to conduct a thorough review of l
the Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company and Henry J. Kaiser Company Quality Assurance procedures. The objective of this review is to correct errors and to eliminate any conflicts which may exist between the procedures. The review of the procedures is scheduled to be completed by February 27, 1981. Modi-fications to existing procedures will be completed and approved by April 15, 1981.
