DMCarlson Reactor Supervisor Region III West Lafayette, Indiana 47907 Gentlemen We have completed our review of Revisions 1 and 2 to the " Security Plan for the Purdue University Reactor, the Fast Breeder Blanket Facility and the Nuclear Storage Areas" dated March 31, 1980 and October 24, 1980 and have determined that the plan meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67 for special nuclear material of moderate strategic significance.
