This letter is in response to your correspondence, dated November 3,1980, December 3, 1980 and February 17, 1981, which questioned the adequacy of the fire barrier penetration seals installed at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power We have utilized the information you provided in our review of the Station.
Vermont Yankee Fire Protection Systems and Designs for conformance with 10 CFR 50 requirements under License No. DPR-28.
Our review of this matter, which included a special inspection at the Vermont Yankee site on December 2-4, 1980, You will be advised of, our resolution of your questions.
