Dear Administrative Judges:
On April 22, 1981, the Licensee filed " Licensee's Motion to Compel Discovery",
based on the failure of Intervenors Congressaan Dellums and Friends of the Earth to respond to Licensee's interrogatories of March 16, 1981. On April 20, 1981, the NRC Staff filed a similar motion, " Staff's Motion for Order Coopelling Intervenors to Respond to NRC Staff Interrogatories and Request for Documents". By this letter, we inform the Board that the Staff does not intend to submit a response to the Licensee's motion.
