Dear Sir:
On January 23, 1981 McGuire Nuclear Station Unit I was issued a license for fuel loading and zero power testing.
Included in this license are provisions for posses.31on and use of any special nuclear material that would be necessary to have on site. Therefore, it is no longer necessary for us to maintain the above referenced Spes ial Nuclear Faterials License and cancellation of this license is desired.
