.U UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY PRAIRIE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-282 50-306 REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-42 & DPR-60 (License Amendment Request Dated April 24, 1981)
Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, requests by letter dated April 24, 1981 that the Prairie Island Appendix B Environmental Technical Specifications be deleted and that section 2.C(2) of the Facility Operating Licenses be amended to eliminate the reference to Appendix B.
Exhibit A is a copy of NPDES Permit No. MN0004006, for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, which provides the basis for deleting the NRC Appendix B Environmental Technical Specifications.
