Dear Mr. Berry:
By letter dated August 8,1979 you were requested to review the electric power systems at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. Your response was fonvarded by letters dated September 7,1979 and July 1, 1980.
We have reviewed your responses and by the enclosed Safety Evaluation concur in the conclusicns to:.(1) complete the proposed modification to transformer taps on the 600V emergency load center transfonner, and (2) verify by testing that the offsite power system and onsite distribution system will be capable of providing acceptable voltages.
You are requested to pmvide the results of verification tests within 30 l
days after the conclusion of your next refueling outage.
