fb' Pursuant to 10 CFR 55 2.730(a) and 2.750(b), the NRC Staff (" Staff' >
hereby moves to correct the official transcript of the Oral Argument held in Bethesda, Maryland on April 1, 1981 (" Transcript").
In support hereof, the Staff states as follows:

The Oral Argument in this proceedino was held in Bethesda, Maryland on April 1, 1981. The Transcript of the Oral Argument was preoared and certified by the fim of Alderson Reportina, 400 Virginia Avenue, S.W.,
Washington, DC 20n24 The Transcript consists of 87 pages.

The Staff has reviewed the Transcript and has identified a total of 13 corrections which the Staff considers to be necessary in order to more accurately reflect the statements of Counsel at the Oral Argument.
Those suggested corrections are set forth in Appendix A which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.

10 CFR 5 2.750(b) provides, in pertinent part, as follows:

2-the Secretary shall make the necessary chysical corrections in the official transcript so that it will incorporate the changes ordered....
WHEREFORE, pursuant to 10 CFR 15 2.730(a) and 2.750(b), the Staff hereby naves to correct the Transcript of the Oral Argument as set forth in Appendix A attached hereto, which corrections shall be included in the record of the Oral Argunent as an Appendix to the official transcript thereof.
