.e to the item of noncompliance identified The following is our respt in Inspect ~on Report Nos. 50-498/80-27 and 50-499/80-27, dated December 19, 1980.
CORRECTIVE STEPS kHICH HAVE BEEN TAK,EN The specific violation identified was rectified as soon as it was learned that " Hold Tags" had not been properly applied. Subsequently, a Temporary Waiver Request was issued due to the fact that the specifi-cation violation had no quality effect on the concrete produced.
Although the requirement for preventing further use of a nonconforming the proper sequence for tagging or item was clearly a requirement, segregating nonconforming items has been clarified in ST-QAP-15.1, revi.sion 2, approved on January 5, 1981.

During the quarterly refresher training, all Bro'wn & Root Quality Assurance / Quality Control personnel will be trained on ST-QAP-15.1, l
revision 2, with special emphasis on the timeliness of affixing " Hold Tags."
