STN 50-498, STN 50-499 By letter dated January 9,1981 (reference: ST-HL-AE-601), Houston Lighting & Power Company (HL&P) submitted a response to the item of noncom-pliance identified in Inspection Report Nos. 50-498/80-27 and 50-499/80-27, dated December 19, 1980. Also, on January 15, 1981 (reference: ST-HL-AE-600),

HL&P submitted by letter the updated entries for the South Texas Project to be used in NUREG-0030, " Construction Status Report."

In both of the above mentioned letters, an outdated service list was used.
