We have received a copy of your application dated March 13,1981 (submitted as Proposed Amendment No. 76) that was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application requested approval of certain Technical Specification changes for Cycle 5 reload of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station Unit No.1.
A Class III fee of 54,000 accompanied your application under the provision of 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of their preliminary review of your application, it has been detemined that this reload request will involve a Class IV fee of $12,300 because it involves more than three Class III type considerations. Therefore, it is requested l
that your company remit an additional sum of $8,300 to our office.
